For me she's spinning clockwise. I can't make her turn when focusing on her, but if I do read the text to the left, she starts spinning counter-clockwise until I focus on her again ...

I saw her going anti-clockwise at first then she went clockwise.
The way i use to turn her around is:
- Clockwise->anti-clockwise, look to the left side of the picture (not directly at the dancer) and focus there for a moment.
- Anti-clockwise->clockwise, look to the right side
