Ran into a Lynx out in the woods a few years ago, both where quite chocked as we just stood there staring at eachother. Was an amazing feeling standing there looking at this animal. The lynx just turned around after what felt a few minutes and walked off.

Aye, we had a mother+cub prowling the area near our summer-house one year. I'd been out watching the elks in the dusk when I stumbled on it, scared the dog shitless, amazing creatures, but quite fast at taking off when you're near
