Well, Shaigh asked me for a list so thought I'd might as well post it here.
Here are some of my favorite anime, feel free to share yours.
If you don't like anime etc, don't disturb please :p

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Romance/Comedy
Episodes: 26+26+3OVA methinks
Comment: Really awesome comedy, not much to add

Genre: Romance/Comedy/Magic
Episodes: 26
Comment: Donnu, it's been a while. I really got sucked into it, marathoned it kinda quick, loved it.

Genre: Magic/Comedy
Episodes: 26
Comment: Sequel to Mai Hime, but it doesn't have much in common. It's the same toons but a completely different story/world. The man character is little girl with a big mouth, so beware if you don't like annoying kids, otherwise a nice comedy. I think... Smiley

Comment: I honestly don't remember much, it was kinda cute Smiley

Genre: Shounen/Comedy/Ecchi
Episodes: 25
Comment: I really love it, it was a cool idea, and the random ecchi-ness spiced things up. I was VERY disappointed when the anime just stoped at 25, the story would have lasted for atleast 50 episodes... I still haven't given up hope for a second season...

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Romance/Comedy
Episodes: 13
Comment: Beware of tsundere, a lot of unneccesairy voilence, but I really like it, it was funny Smiley

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Romance/Shoujo-ai
Episodes: 26
Comment: A love story about two girls, I'm a sucker for drama... And the fact that they are girls just adds to the flavour. I'm a guy, so shoot me :p

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Comedy
Episodes: 14
Comment: I love sarcasm! If you do decide to watch this, please don't judge it by the first episode... it's really weird. The anime also aired in a pretty "random" order...

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Romance/Comedy/Ecchi
Episodes: 12+14
Comment: A lot of comedy and ecchi is garanteed, the ending is one of the crappiest ever though... Maybe you want to skip the last episodes? :p

Genre: Action
Episodes: 26
Comment: Don't know what to say, it's kinda cool...

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Romance/Comedy
Episodes: 24+12
Comment: A really nice mix of comedy and romance, proably one of my favorites among this kind of anime

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Comedy
Episodes: 12+3 OVA
Comment: About a group of anime-nerds, I guess it's even funnier if you can see something of yourself in them, feel some kind of connection. It's about anime/manga and all its weirdness.

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register
Genre: Romance/Ecchi
Episodes: 12+1 OVA
Comment: And again, I'm a sucker for love-storys... and ecchi :p  There is a sequel, Onegai twins, it has barely anything in common and it's not as good as Onegai teacher.

Guess i got some watching to do, although some i already watched. Probably should add some i like, although, you already wrote death note and shingetsutan tsukihime.

Furi Kuri
Furi Kuri is pure weirdness. Its also the kind of anime that you either love or hate. I consider it pure genius.

Fullmetal Alchemist
My favourite anime. Two brothers on a long journey to find the philosophers stone.

Full metal panic? Fumoffu
I really didnt like the original full metal panic which had way too much mecha. This one removed the mecha part, and made it a lot more fun instead.

Grave of the fireflies (movie)
Story of two orphan siblings and their lives in japan during world war II.

You do have to like sports animes to enjoy it though, I am a huge boxing fan, so yeah, liked it a lot Smiley

I could never be arsed with it, I downloaded it but I never watched it...
It just looked... really old :p
I'm kinda picky about that kind of stuff, I like it new and fresh!

Anyway, so if I ever get time you think I should watch it anyway? Smiley

You should, im no sports anime fan trust me, but i happened to see the movie at a friends house wich i actually like. after that i started looking for the series and i gotta say a 76 eps show with maybe 5 fillers is pretty nice, though it might help if your a boxing fan as myself / poster above.

Now I've completed Hajime no ippo too, and I sure don't regret it.
It deserves a spot on my list... But meh, the list is a bit out of date now, can't be arsed to update it :p
